Celebrating Diversity: Religion and Inclusive Holidays

Religious holidays are a great opportunity to connect with one another, learn more about our colleagues and create a welcoming workplace for everyone. Research shows how an inclusive team leads to better decision making, better results and better relationships. Plus, if you’re lucky, celebrating a variety of religious holidays might lead to some great staff potlucks. In this talk, we explored the importance of religious holidays, the policy implications, learned about some major holidays and increased our religious literacy and created the basis to open conversations.
