Some of the OPP’s most senior leaders will be spending the day visiting places of worship to learn about these communities. An online learning session will help maximize the learning from the day. Religious literacy helps police to better understand their communities, to forge connections, and to be able to act respectfully in ways that build trust, foster a more inclusive workplace and leads to better policing.
